We are responsive; we understand and respect the fact that executives of emerging growth companies have many demands on their time. We know that every company’s needs are slightly different and we are flexible in how we structure a financing to meet those needs. We understand the ups and downs of an emerging growth company and we are supportive along the way – finding ways to help with growth and working with management and investors when things don’t go as planned. We invest for the long term and we like to assist with future financings and operational and personnel needs as they arise.
